Moovalot opens its Oak Village location on January 1, 2026 — the first new site of the year and part of our continued push toward full Houston metro saturation.
Another Site in the Network
Oak Village adds to Moovalot's growing inventory of retail-adjacent trailer placements across Greater Houston. As with every location in the network, the Oak Village trailer is equipped with a Digi International XBee 3 LTE-M cellular module, GPS-tracked in real time across the Verizon Mobile Private Network, and available to customers 24 hours a day through the Moovalot iOS and Android apps.
The Asset-Light Model at Work
The Oak Village placement demonstrates the efficiency of Moovalot's model. New locations enter service quickly because the infrastructure is standardized: Flite Signs, LLC fabricates and installs the security hardware on a monthly cadence, and our operations team provisions the Digi module through Digi Remote Manager before the trailer ever leaves the warehouse at 6015 Skyline Drive.
No construction. No renovation. No long-term real estate commitment. Just a trailer, a cellular modem, and a parking agreement — and a customer who can rent in 4 minutes.
