The Moovalot Employee Discount Program (the "Program") is offered, administered, and guaranteed solely by Moovalot, Inc., an independent third-party service provider. The participating employer is not affiliated with, does not sponsor, does not endorse, and is not a party to the Program. The Program is not an employee benefit, compensation, or service provided by the employer.

Participation is entirely voluntary and occurs outside the scope of employment. The employer makes no representations or warranties regarding the Program, the Moovalot service, the trailers, or any rental transaction, and expressly disclaims all liability arising from participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the employer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, claims, fees, or disputes — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or relating to the Program, the rental, use, or operation of any trailer, or any interaction with Moovalot. Any disputes must be directed to Moovalot at support@moovalot.com.

By enrolling, the participant assumes all risk and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the employer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from participation in the Program.

Does this cost our company anything?
No. The discount is funded entirely by Moovalot. Your employees pay the discounted rate directly to Moovalot — your company never sees an invoice or cost associated with the program.
What if an employee damages a trailer or gets into an accident?
All incidents, claims, and disputes are handled exclusively between the employee and Moovalot. Employees acknowledge this in writing when they activate their discount — your company has no involvement and no liability in any rental transaction.
How do employees find out about the discount?
We'll give you a company invite code and a link employees can use to activate their discount. How you share it is entirely up to you — email blast, Slack, intranet, or simply word of mouth. There's no requirement to promote it.
Can we stop participating at any time?
Yes — no notice required, no penalties, no contract to break. Just let us know and we'll deactivate your invite code. Employees who already enrolled will lose their discount on future rentals.
Where does Moovalot operate?
Currently in the Greater Houston, TX area with storage corrals across the metro. We're expanding — if you're outside Houston, submit your info and we'll notify you when we launch in your area.
