Moovalot is heading to Orlando.
Laura McLaughlin, VP of Specialty Leasing at Brixmor Property Group, has invited Moovalot to place trailers at Pointe Orlando — 9101 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819 — a 99%-leased, entertainment-anchored destination on one of Florida's highest-traffic tourist and retail corridors.
Why This Is a Major Milestone
Every market Moovalot has operated in to date has been in the Houston metro area. Pointe Orlando is different — it is our first out-of-Texas location, and our first proof point that the Moovalot model travels.
The invitation came through our existing Brixmor relationship — the same partnership that launched Moovalot in Houston in 2024. This is exactly how national REIT relationships are supposed to work: prove the model at one property, and the portfolio doors open nationwide.
Pointe Orlando
Pointe Orlando is a mixed-use entertainment, dining, and retail center on International Drive — one of the most visited corridors in the United States. At 99% leased with an entertainment-anchored tenant mix, it draws a consistent stream of visitors who are active, spending, and often have large purchases to haul. It is a compelling environment for Moovalot's self-service trailer model.
Placement Terms Being Finalized
Moovalot is currently finalizing placement terms with Laura McLaughlin and the Brixmor team. Once confirmed, this will be the first Moovalot trailer outside the Lone Star State — and the first step in a national expansion strategy built on REIT relationships that already exist.
