Kempwood Plaza sits in west Houston, a densely populated area with strong home improvement, furniture, and appliance retail activity. The location serves residents across the Spring Branch and Memorial area communities — a market where trailer rental demand is high and traditional options are limited.
Phase 1 Progress
With Kempwood Plaza live, Moovalot continues to build toward the completion of Phase 1 of its Houston expansion — establishing the core network foundation of approximately 60 trailers across 22+ locations. Phase 1 is the operational proof point that unlocks Phases 2 through 4 of the M Series A expansion plan, which targets 300+ trailers across 100+ locations across the Houston metro.
What Comes Next
Every new location that comes online strengthens the data case for the Series A. More sites mean more rentals, more repeat customers, and a denser network that makes Moovalot more useful for everyone. The Kempwood Plaza location is one more data point in a story that is clearly trending up.
